Last week I asked you on Facebook and on Twitter what you wanted me to do for this week’s Artist Rage video. I gave the options of drawing, painting, or creating something and I got a surprising number of you telling me to CREATE something. So, here it is! I decided to make simple and pretty hair clips and accessories that you can easily recreate yourself. Watch the video, get inspired, and go make them for yourself! Make sure to share what you create using #ARartshow or tweet to @artistrage. I can’t wait to see what you do.
Valentines Day is around the corner, so why not make something for it? Today I’m doing a DIY Valentines Day card box craft. This is really cute as a decoration, for a school project, or for a card box to sit on your desk at school! All you have to do is think about what you want your box to look like, go out and find the supplies, and then put it all together!Take a look at the supplies I have in the video to get an idea of what you need to make your box.
My friend and I made two different kind of heart shaped card boxes. I made one with a chalkboard theme and she made her box with a cake theme in mind. What kind of theme do you have in mind for your card box? Let me know in the comments!
See you next week with another video,

Happy Friday! Today I took a break from drawing and decided to spruce up my house with cute homemade Halloween decorations. Halloween decorations at the store can be so pricey, can’t they? That’s why I decided to make some of my very own! I made an adorable bat garland (bats hanging upside down on braided yarn) and a silly little pom pom spider with a witch’s hat. The video is short and to the point. I think the process to make these are pretty obvious and simple. If you happen to have any problems while recreating any of these projects, let me know and I’ll be happy to help. I hope this gives you some inspiration on cheap and easy Halloween decorations you can make for your room or home. Oh and, I hope you enjoyed the random cat footage ;-). If you’re a follower you should know by now I like cheesy and silly videos.
To make the bat garland you’ll need:
2 pipe cleaners per spider
2 googly eyes per spider
craft glue or hot glue
black foam board paper
To make the spider you’ll need:
any color pom-pom you want (I got orange)
4 pipe cleaners
2 googly eyes
a unique item to put on the spider (I found a mini witch hat)
Let me know what you want me to draw, paint or create next week, ~Pamela
Artist Rage is a fun art tutorial vlog and community. It’s for any artist who enjoys creating art and not taking it too seriously. I love drawing and painting my favorite characters from movies, videos games, and cartoons. If you have any requests on what you’d like to see me draw, paint, or create… leave a comment on the video!
